Clients who cancel their appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund of any payments made.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend (no-shows), are generally not eligible for a refund.
Exceptions may be made in cases of medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, at our discretion. Supporting documentation may be required.

2. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us via our website or email, providing your booking details and reason for cancellation.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Non-Refundable Services and Products

4. Changes and Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request without any additional fees.
